As I mentioned, the "Smokey" is a higher level of encryption. Apparently, most of the letters I mentioned are "behind" this one; what I mean is that their encryption is the same as I've been dealing with, but I can't get to them until I've unlocked "Smokey".
However, I've discovered a separate encrypted file titled "PhillipsXXXKeepOut.zip". It is a large file, and given what we know of Phillips and his proclivities, I was hoping we could skip over it. In anticipation of your agreement, I'll start decrypting the next cluster of files.
