I have completed preliminary data collection as regards the Incirlik Air Base Incident. Most of the documentation was gathered electronically from the Ministry of Defense and Pentagon data networks. While retrieval was not as arduous as originally expected, the data is heavily encrypted.
This sophisticated encryption would not pose much of a challenge to the cryptology department, but as you have stressed the level of secrecy of these documents, I will endeavour their decryption on my own.
