Biography Nic Wilson is a writer. Don't try it at home, because he does it for a living, and even he has to keep a day job. His 1995 poem about the Oklahoma City tragedy was featured in a special news broadcast. Having served as the first head of the armies of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and conquered the world of verse, he spent the next decade honing his skills, sharpening his talents like pointed sticks. Watch your eyes. He likes to gouge at the eyes with his pointy wordsticks. Nic is occasionally rewritten, edited, or assisted with the internet typey by Phillip Schaefer. Schaefer would be called a writing partner, except that his input is never asked for, his intervention never requested, his rewrites always clandestine, and his suggestions only scornfully considered in light of their obscure (and usually profane) brilliance.
